I find it so hard to stop scrolling through IG reels 🙄 it sounds silly but your mind gets addicted to the feeling of being continuously entertained and wallah it's such a waste of time 😔 May Allah make us spend our time wisely

When ever i feel distracted i think about my death, in which state i will be found, my janazah & my grave. This helps me keeps a steady life. I hope this helps anyone out there if you are struggling.

Personally, I have been struggling with some serious addiction and I have a tip for my brothers and sisters who are struggling today. *Don't leave your salah.* Now I know it doesn't sound much of a solution but believe me it is. I was addicted to something then I started praying Salah with only 0.1% of my heart into it and gradually it started increasing on its own. Make Dua for yourself that Allah guides you and protects you from the fitna of Shaytan. Allah will increase your closeness to Him. Do small good deeds like read a line of Quran, help your mother do her chores, like take part in other activities that keep you away from your distraction. Trust me, it will help. Small actions give great results. Not immediately but slowly you'll see the goodness in leaving your addiction.

Ya Allah I’m having a lots of problems my daughter is seriously addicted to alcohol it’s tearing me apart to see her go down down I can’t focus focus on anything but her and tried to help her but am failing she refuses to see me as I try to guide her to the right path
Because of all I’m am know severely down depressed
I bought up my kids the right way but mixing with friends along the way which lead her to this any body reading pls pls pls pray for her pls pls I thank you all who makes a dua for her jazakom Allah o Khier 🙏🙏

Tip: if you’re struggling with watching pornography I would recommend keeping your room door open, if you watch it on a laptop leave your laptop in a communal area so like the kitchen or the sitting area. I normally have my tasbih wrapped around my wrist, so that helps aswell cause if I want to do something bad with my hands but look at my tasbih on my wrist I don’t think of doing it anymore.
