The reprise episode was called "Retreat to move forward" in Season 3. I know because I was Dick Cheney. They wanted to use me again, but I asked for screen credit, so they dropped me. Conan didn't however and I went on to do several stints for his show as Cheney and McCain. Also appeared as a McCain photo double in Too Big To Fail with William Hurt.

That looked like Dick Cheney in that last scene who started playing with the Joint Chiefs of Staff's hair.  Since Cheney's daughter was that way  I never saw him as much as smile in the same direction as his wife, Lynne.  So I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't hiding his secret the whole time.  A lot of the Deep State military/politicos got some cameos on the show and were a riot in their short stints.  30 Rock was the best written NBC sitcom of its era if not of all-time.
