Mine won't eat any kind of pepper or citrus. They will eat lettuce, greens, broccoli, cabbage etc., if they're hungry. They love tomatoes, apples and pears.
I grow about 1, 000 lbs. of regular and sweet potatoes and feed 90% to my feeder pigs. Both of those need to be cooked before feeding to deactivate protein inhibitors. I boil or bake them.
Pigs absolutely love cooked food.

Mine live parsley. I had one they liked bell pepper and taught the others to like it.

You try eating an entire piece of bell pepper raw on it’s own, or an onion, or parsley, and see if you like it! 😂

I found out that pigs are more cleaner than we thought. In a pen, they have a designated pooping spot. They only look really dirty if the pen is too small so they go poop where ever they can and work with what they have.
