I have become a big fan of cooked properly, of course. Sushi, calamari, and as the main protein in some Thai stir fry dishes. Delicious! As for your meal, I liked the various small plates, which allows you to sample a wide variety instead of a big serving of just one dish. Thanks for sharing.

It’s always nice to see that Japan is so open to other cultures and nationalities, at least as far as food goes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard about a Belgian restaurant here in the States…the most we get are Belgian beer, chocolate, and waffles.
