This looks quite a lot like English Morris dancing, especially of the North West style. The tune reminds me of the Britannia Coconut dancers of Bacup in Lancashire. Check it out Woiga! Good fun though, I assume a fair bit of beer drinking is included! Thanks for posting this. Love and peace!
