Looks cool at sight. My opinion for this project is if its to operate even with the battery load, it speed will be minimal so as to allow maximum absorption of light to generate power. From it's stream line design it's seems to have been designed to operate at very high speed. Unless there is another energy source, the power generated from light alone will never be enough in case of a fast flight

Impossible to create. Battery weight alone would make it difficult. Coupled with a 17% efficiency range for SVCs makes it impossible for anything remotely close enough in two lifetimes.
