Caracals communicate like that because they aren't naturally very social. They arent programmed to be friendly to people, or other animals. Basically, they're introverts that you are forcing to be social and since they have no people skills, they seem grumpy all the time.

Caracals are dangerous, it’s like a cat with tiger like strength, personally speaking, cats if they were human, they’d not be the type of person i would trust. They’re cute they’re funny fluffy adorable lovable, but they’re still animals, we only live with cats because they don’t have the strength to kill us, tigers however they’re like cats too, why don’t we pet tigers ? It’s because of the strength of it.

I don’t understand people’s obsession with having wild animals as pets. It’s not good for those animals. It creates a lot of stress and discomfort for them, and many times, people get mauled by having wild animals as pets. Domesticated animals have been bread for hundreds or even thousands of years to interact with humans. Don’t keep one these as a pet. Show it respect and keep it in the wild.
