Ive heard the fridge is what you want to use to cold strattify, cux the freezer will make the cell walls burst. If you add water to your seeds. And this should work by just putting your baggie of seeds (in. A ziplock or moisture resistant baggie) into thr fridge for a few weeks. Without the need of freezinf the dirt either if you need the space.

Still a helpful video to inspire people though. Everyone gardens their own way which is what makes it so fun.

I've read that cold moist stratification in the freezer can damage seeds as water expands. Have you had any issues with this?

Do you do this with hardy annuals, like snapdragons and stock?

I think some details were left out. People thinking they can get fresh greens right from the freezer 😂
