MORE ABOUT ME

I'm Anne of All Trades. In NASHVILLE, I have a woodworking, blacksmithing and fabrication shop, a selection of furry friends, and an organic farm. Whether you've got the knowledge, tools, time or space to do the things you've always wanted to do, everything is "figureoutable."

I became "Anne of All Trades" out of necessity. With no background in farming or making things, I wanted to learn to raise my own food, fix things when they break and build the things I need.

12 years ago I got my first pet, planted my first seed and picked up my first tool.

My goal is to learn and share traditional techniques and skills while showing my peers how to get from where they are to where they want to go, how to do the things they are passionate about, and what can be done TODAY to engage their own community and grow deep roots.

Whether it's carving spoons, making my own hand tools, restoring my antique truck or growing heirloom tomatoes, the farm and workshop definitely keep me busy and support - whether financially through Patreon, through shopping my affiliate links, through buying merchandise, plans or project videos, or even just liking, commenting, and sharing my content with others helps me GREATLY to keep producing quality content to share.

I have a goat that I call my miracle goat x3. When she was born she died but we were able to revive her; unfortunately she scratched the lens of her eye so she has a cataract on one eye. Then she got blood poisoning, got it cleared, then pneumonia, got it cleared up, and lastly she got goat polio and the vet told me every time not to get too attached to her. Then she went blind from the polio and the vet said she wouldn’t get her site back. Lo and behold she got her site back. And her name is Baby

I had a tiny tot born a couple years ago. I actually set her to the side thinking she was dead😢 and then I saw her twitch. After feeding her with an eyedropper for a couple of days, I weighed her and she was 13.3 Oz! She is still thriving and Tiny today😊

I appreciate you sharing the full spectrum of emotions. Some need to learn to recognize that all feelings allow for an enhansed self. Thank you.

my tiny goat was a triplet, two full size babies and peanut. when he was born he was the size of my hand, he fit there perfectly. I weighed him at just under 2 weeks and he was 14 oz. he successfully bred some does but babies were normal size. he was a local celebrity, everyone loved Peanut, including us. I didn't realize we had a potential world record.

Your goat babies are absolutely adorable. So sorry for the loss of the one. Happy for you that the rest are thriving!

So. I’m not really a fan of goats at all but I don’t hate them or anything. But I seen that tiny goat and decided to watch and possibly learn something.
I really like how she loves and takes care of her animals !! There’s something to be said for a very caring human !! So good job and thanks for educating me !! ❤️💯👍

I cannot even with how cute this little baby is! Now, how do I convince my hubby that I need a tiny goat??? How much strength you must have to go through a loss! Is it typical for goats to have up to four kids at a time?

I was given 2 kids that were 3 weeks premie... Inky & blot... Unfortunately a friend thought she was helping & she tried to give milk by feeding tube. Blot became very unstable & I humanely gave him the last act of kindness. Inky survived & thrived!!! I used buffer nail files to help give her weak tendons some support on her front legs along with selenium...she was walking tall & strong after about 10 days😊 she grew into a loving family pet & also a good mama & milker... I still get letters from the lil girl who gave Inky a loving home for 15 yrs & we are both grateful that Inky, & i, didn't give up ❤

Seeing this video makes me think I'm not ready for goats. On my recently acquired land I'll begin with bees and ducks, then maybe, MAYBE I'll start with a few Nubians. I cried with you at 9:06 . You are a tender and beautiful soul missy.

There's too much cuteness in this video. It should come with a warning.

I had two 1lb baby goats this summer. They were both super healthy and had no health problems. Still healthy. Just small for their age.
