I've been browsing multiple ASMR channels for like months now and at the same time trying to find a channel that may help me sleep better at night (I find it really hard to sleep), and I finally reached a conclusion. I get my workout from volunteering outdoors at my local nature preserves. I’m so lucky to have something physical to do that I absolutely adore.
