I stopped drinking three years ago next month and can honestly say it’s the best decision I ever made. I didn’t have a problem I just realised I didn’t actually enjoy it and it was contributing to poor mental health! Most people are really cool about it. I’ve realised the ones who are judgemental are the insecure people who have no personality and no fun without drinking 😂

The only way to get people to stop bugging my dads friend (a girl) about drinking was for her to lie and say religion when all it took for my dad to get them to not bug him, was him saying no. And that’s just not right

Love this! I used to drink a lot but I’m now battling alcoholism. Never thought I’d get to where I did with black outs and drinking as much as I did, and doing crazy stuff. It kills people.

Yeah, I don’t drink, and I never have, and I never will. And while I’m lucky that most people have not questioned my choices, as a woman in her late 20s, it is obscenely weird to some people that I do not drink.

I never had an addiction in my life I never smoked I never drank, my father was an alcoholic and smoked now my father has Sarcom bones cancer because of cigarettes this was a learning experience for me never use any type of drug 😢
