Damn, that pen movements with the switching focus was surprisingly enjoyable. Best version of that type of thing I've seen in a while, and it makes me feel like you should do some hypnotizing content. Something like "Hypnotise you to relax", doing all sorts of concentration based tasks like this, while also talking about slowly relaxing parts of your body. I guess that doesn't have to be "hypno" in name though. Could be medication. Or training mindfulness. Primarily it's the "follow my instructions" which was great and calming.
