in the movie itself Black Widow says to Banner that he hasent Hulked out in over a year, and later Nick Fury says to Thor something about that he must take action aftet he avents that happend a year ago in New Mexico, does this mean that between the other movies and the Avengers there is a 1 year gap of just nothing?

Is Iron Man back in his Mark III suit? I mean, he doesn't have the triangle on his chest that the Mark V has. And it seems slightly bulkier than the Mark V as well.
