You guys inspire me so much! I started running last year at 22 watching these videos before new gen and I couldn’t even run a mile straight. I’m training to go sub-20 5k now at 24 and I can honestly say y’all helped change my life. It’s a blessing what you guys are doing and I appreciate it so so much
