I predicted this KO. Love both fighters, but kampman wasn't gonna put Hendricks to sleep. Johnny has the strongest knockout power in the division

After the fight, I watched the post fight show on Fuel, not one analyst mentioned that Hendricks whiffed on the first right. The only punch that actually connected with Kampmann was the left and it was more of a shove with no follow through. Furthermore, Kampman was already falling backwards from the phantom right hook that never connected. You can see Hendricks is hardly putting anything into that punch and contacts Kampmann's face at a very slow velocity, more like pushing his head.

Did you look at the video in slow motion. Three punches total from Hendricks; one punch completely misses, the next punch is more of a shove, with no follow through and the third barely touches the face and mainly contacts the left shoulder. Kampmann was already falling backwards after Hendricks completely misses with the first right. The second punch was more of a push and then with a big target while Kampman is on his back, Hendricks barely grazes the face and actually hits the shoulder.

Did anybody watch the knockout, frame by frame? Go back and look at it. Hendricks completely misses with the right hook, he did not hit Kampmann with the right, then the strike with the left was more of a shove, no follow through and very little head snap. When he had a clean shot at Kampmann as he was on the mat, Hendricks actually hits Kampmann in the left shoulder, barely grazing Kampmann's left cheek.

Look, these guys are buddies and could make more money betting on the fight.

This is a close fight if Kampmann gets through the first round I think he'll win, the first is important in this fight for both fighters
