Your problem with the tanks weight, wasn’t even about its weight, you just had to replace the gray shock obsorbers with the red shock obsorbers! :) love your work tho man!

i have a lot of respect for this man, not only because hes good at making lego creations, but because he builds everything while standing up 💀

As a "Tracked Vehicle Expert" (TVE) I can point out some mistakes
1. The shock absorbers(grey) can't support the weight so you could replace them with yellow ones because they are a lot more stiff .
2. You need to put more support wishbones . The middle of the tracks were just empty, if you don't know what i'm talking about, look up "tanks" and look how many support wishbones they have on one track .
3. To get more torque, you could replace the motors with stronger ones . If you don't have stronger ones, just put more motors there (1 PF xl motor = 2 PF m motor) . If you can't do ANY of these, just make a bigger gear reduction, like 6:1 etc
Note:I'm not a hater, I just want to help you on other MOC's and I love your videos no matter what mistakes you make . Keep up the good stuff ;)

I would love to see a Batman tank in the World of Tanks video game!

if you had two motors per receiver, and two receivers on the same channel, you would only have two motors per batterybox, and that would solve the torque ishue

i see atleast 3 ways that this could've been better
1) more support wheels on tracks (helps with weight distribution)
2) add atleast 1 wheel on top that actually tensions the tracks (spring should be compressed almost always)
3) a gear reduction on the turret, so turning is more accurate

The main broblem: Usually adding more motors increases torque, but in this case you put way too many motors compared to the number of battery boxes. 3 battery boxes can't feed 12 l motors and because of this, the motors only get limited power. This model could have run easily using 3 battery boxes and 4 l motors with a little gear reduction.

in a future video you should build a big tank that's good on all terrains!!!

Reading all the comments I see that they are all missing the mechanics of tank tracks you have the control down really well but the fact that the tracks are coming off is due to that you have no track runners (aka the wheels in the middle of the track) they help keep the track on the drive line but they also do a lot more (aka stability, suspension and more). also another point modern tanks are only driven by the rear spokes for simplicity were as yours is driven by front and back which adds complexity and streess when its not needed. last thing i thought you could stack the output wires of the battery to get a better life/output.

him: makes a huge freaking tank with motors with no instructions

me: rethinks the fact that im good at lego and thinks about maybe buying a few more crates of lego

My opinion of the final product is that if there is any black colored tracks, then replace them with the gray ones. Plus if it wasn’t so heavy then you should cover up the back to make it slicker.

Lego makes these orange things to attach to the bottom of treads to help them stick to more surfaces
