Many candidates prefer CA for a bright career and invest years in its rigorous preparation. Please note that I'm NOT bashing CA. It's an excellent course that you should absolutely do if it fits your case. There are specific situations and core interest where doing CA is optimal, and many where it isn't. In the video, we will break down both of them.

Being a CA student, I think the video is on point.
90% CA live a very average life.
I have wasted my 5 years in pursuing this course.
Only go for this course if you have favicol which means you should stick yourself to your chair.
And good rattafication skills.

Please do a full analysis.
You may be top in your school doesn't guarantee you can become CA.

Firstly, this video was only on the negative points of CA Profession.
1. 90% of CA don't live an avergae life, thats completely wrong. In every profession there are people for who don't become successful.
2. No job gives you big salary pay initially except for rank holders in CA profession and for peoole who are from IIT AND IIM.

3. any professional degree takes time 3-5 years be it CFA, CS, CMA, DOCTOR, MBA ETC.

4. There more than 1000's of people who started their articleahip and got into Big 4, it all depends on the field you select and skill uou develop.

5. I agree CA profession ka communication is weak, but itna bhi weak naahi. Yoh said team work naahi aata CA's ko, please go and meet an audit team and tunko samjhe ga teamwork kya hota hai.

6. CA profession is not for sales and stuff, so understand that, our profession is majority related to taxation, audit and accounting.

7. Yes it is one of te toughest job, in same manner stands UPSC exams where at different levels, even after getting government job, salary is low. Eg Indian economic service prpfesion people get initailly 60k to 70k initially.

8. In CA after getting ur degree there a numbet of modern fields to go for, but for that, I guess I will have to make a video so u understand it.

9. Yes Ca foundation sey, Ca- inter is tough and final is way way tough, same goes for UPSC as well and for CFA also.

10. Period of of 5 years you said is wasted, go and talk to any person who has completed 3 years of articleship. After this traning even if you drop CA you know which field you shoulf go for.

11. Go to BIG 4 and count how many CA's are working there.

12. You spoke about investment banking, this field requires core knowledge and no one wants to pay en employee teaching this job. So they hire CA WHO HAVE had requisite experience that makes their work easy.

13. Salary pay, you said 2 lakhs per month, show me which job gives that much package in beginning without any experience???
Only IIM AND IIT students get THAT, Which has now significantly reduced and the people who get these types of packages are only 10 in 1000's

14. Kounsi job milege aur kitna package, yeh kounsi field mai fixed It all depends on the candidate and his requirements.

15. Core finance, consulting type of job is not everyone's cup of tea bhai. And thus that is a niche market that requires the relevant skills and knowledge . NOT EVERY DOCTOR IS FAMOUS RIGHT, ONLY A FEW ARE FAMOUS FOR WORK. Same goes for all profession, be it content creation, taxation, acting or anything.

16. Can a person who has become a dentist do a knee surgery??? NO RIGHT you need the relevant skills and knowledge. Same goes for finance world?

I am a Chartered Accountant, I don't think to generalize a profession with a "Job". Yes when all are following sheep race of getting job, Competition would obviously be more but at the same time when a skilled CA enter into market he could do wonders. Market could be practice or business. The patience and time management u learn in CA, cant be learn in any other course i believe.

As a CA passout in 2023, i can definitely say CA has crafted a new version of me, which is better mentally, but maybe a lil worse physically because ca final exams take a serious toll on your physical health.

From sleepless and crying nights to alone afternoons, you gotta face everything during CA. Passing CA inter is a big achievement, but the real journey starts when you do your articleship.
While preparing for CA finals, it made me realise that you can't do CA alone, you require your family's support as well.

There were many days in the journey when i felt i did a mistake entering in CA. These thoughts will be your biggest enemy.
Also I think it's important to share that there were days when i didn't study for 3 days straight becomes you feel so down and negative at many times and even 1 month before the exams.

Just take care of your health and what's gone is gone, focus on your present and trust me you'll succeed if you'll understand yourself.

Also CA is not the end of your life. Always be humble even if you succeed in 1st attempts and don't feel gutted if you aren't able to clear exams.

Articleship 2 saal ki hai. Aur agar tum 12 th ke baad se foundation do. Aur realistically bhi agar 3 - 4 attempts Lage inter aur final me separately tab bhi 24 years ki Umar Mai CA bole jaogey. Aur jaldbaazi karke jaana kaha hai bhai. Inter k baad se hi job mil jaati hai to unemployed rehne ka guilt bhi nahi hota. Koi aur bhi course karogay to kitna hi jaldi complete kar logey. Koi bhi chiz seekhne me time to lagta hi hai. Aur Rahi baat social skills ki to ek baar technical skills aa jaey to fear hona hi nahi chahiye regarding your capabilities.
