Hello. I´m 59 year hobbyist. I make leather craft and silver rings and so on, for friends and family. I saw your video how to make hinges and loved it, first of all the clasp on your beautiful bracelet. And here i found how you make that clasp. And all the other jewelry you have here are also beautiful. Thank you for ideas and tutorial and sharing your craftmanship. 👍🙏

Hello from Bonny Scotland. On the beautful banks of Lochness. You are a "Genius Jeweler" I really love your approach to your progects and your absolute joy when it all comes together. Will watch and learn from now on. Encouraged to be brave and have a go. Cheers 😂

You can run the square needle file to help with the bowing.

This is really nice. I am definitely going to try this out. I have not seen a clasp like this before, so yeah, should be named after you. 😀

Great slide clasp idea. A suggestion to get that 90 degree angle across the metal is to put it on the edge of your bench block and hammer a L shape. Thanks

As always your tutorial is great! Do you take suggestions?😁 Your videos always stop at the time when the finishing work needs to be done, and the pieces always end up nicely polished and with great finish. Could you include the last steps? The filing down of the scratches, the tumbling/polishing, and whatever else you do to finish your work? That would be great!

I think you can get 90-degree forming pliers I'm not sure if that is right that that is the right

If you want to stop it from bowing, cut the crease again after you fold it and then you won't have to wack it with the mallet- I think that will do it ;)

If you have a hammer hand piece for your Fordham you could use that instead of the crosshatch method I'm just throwing ideas out

I'M BACK! I think you need to take credit for your invention! Call it the Boom clasp(i think you did already, ))
