Since this was mostly melee, I'd absolutely love to see openings for the rest of the Smash games. Each had strong chars and arcs that would tell nice stories.

Honestly, this would be the perfect anime. People would have their favorite characters battle against others in a tournament style fight to the death. Each week, someone's favorite character dies and it would be like your favorite game of thrones character dying. Some romance arcs with Mario and Peach. Cocky villains you really want to die like Bowser and Ganon. Underdog, cutesy characters everyone underestimates like the ice climbers or Ness. I don't know, I could see it.

Pretty sure that the game series that *needs* an Anime Opening is Yakuza. Imagine making it like a JRPG intro with Kiryu & Majima. It'd be so good.
