One of the best ways to take out The Boss non-lethally in METAL GEAR SOLID 3 is by using the Mosin Nagant combined with CQC counter attacks. This method can be used on all difficulties including European Extreme!

I just used CQC that it mostly because I thought it would be fitting for Snake to beat his mentor with the technique they created together so I had no idea that the camo was a non-lethal drop

Thankfully, if you don't have a Mosin Nagant, you can use the Mk22.

for those that can't figure out the CQC counter
just go hide behind a log and "peek-up" over it she won't be able to see or hit you.
If you don't have the camo, just make sure she's kinda close with that last shot or you may not get to the box in time (equip the thermal googles to see the box easier)

It’s not snakes grunt you listen for, it’s a swoosh sound as soon as she gets in range, but be careful she does a side step to throw the timing off

It also helps to use the cig spray when she approaches for the cqc

Back in the day me and my best friend were obsessed with metal gear solid.. when metal gear solid 3 released we were in like 7th grade I think and we played it for non stop for over a year.. we both got really damn good at the game to the point both of us could beat the game in just a couple hours but I was never able to beat the boss that fast

Out of all the bosses in the game the boss is the hardest fight i came across. The sniper dude was hard but i found out how to take him out before you fight him or i use thermal vision and followed his foot steps. The trick is kill him when he is in his wheel chair when you leave the cave

I did the fight normally with the Mk22 and Mosin Nagant to get the Snake Camo. Died a bunch, but it worth it and it was my first time fighting her ever (I never finished MGS3 when I was younger.).

I would lie down with the snow camo and shoot at her with the mk22 by holding r2 and l2 in first person view so that I am at 95 camo index but I can still aim normal

MGS, it's just the best 👌 👍 i wish i could play them all for the first time again. I remember playing the PS1 Metal gear back in 97-98, and i was so awesome!
