There's a way easier method of doing this in Edison. Load vocal sample into Edison. Reverse. Apply reverb in Edison. Reverse the sample back again. Sometimes I also add blur for a cool effect. Then simply drag and drop the new sample into the playlist and cut it up/mix it into the original.

To people who don't know, reversed reverb is something you hear before a part of the song starts- usually with vocals or a synth. It basically makes a riser (look that up) that transforms into the vocal/synth for that part of the song.
