More Info About The VIDEO ⇩
In our last episode of France, we explored this massive abandoned chateau belonged to a writer who regularly traveled to Africa. Some claim that the owner died, others say he moved to Africa, who knows. They also wanted to renovate this beautiful castle but the money was up so they couldn't finish the renovation works. This is a unique location to visit despite the many vandalism inflicted.

It’s easy for me to look past the vandalism on this one and see all the beauty it holds just as it is! It must have been so grand once. The architecture is breathtaking 😍. The fireplaces, staircases, all the beautiful doors are incredible. Thanks for sharing this great explore! You are doing such an amazing job and I love all your videos. Love from Kentucky USA 😃😘

Totally agree with you Jeff mate it’s not all about finding abandoned houses with all the furniture left behind the Georgian structure and the beutiful classic decor in this mansion is amazing such a shame that vandals destroy nice things . Thx Jeff and friends for another amazing explore.

what a beautiful gem you found !!! you can imagine what it was like in all its splendor when it was built. you can still see remnants of the murals and frescos on the walls and ceilings harkening back to a bygone era of opulance and wealth. sadly over the course of time these old chateaus and castles were left alone and abandoned. they were passed done from family to family but the upkeep and taxes on the land eventually became a burden that could not be afforded. they were victims of newer and less costly housing and a changing lifestyle. thankyou so much for showing this georgeous beauty to your fans. God bless and keep you as you journey on to other explores. we eagerly await what will come next !!!

Bon jour bon jour I’m a new subbie. I love watching a lot of you all go into these places and taking the time to bring us along. After watching a good bit of the videos I’ve learned that they are abandoned and decaying is because the first owners died and some of the children might stay. But when they die there’s nobody else to pass it to or either they can’t afford the taxes and the upkeep of some of these places. Also when someone else buy it they done spend their life savings on it but still have tooo many renovations that they can’t do themselves. So it’s a sad situation all the way around. Thank you all for sharing ♥️♥️♥️⚜️
