Your guide to fitting the perfect bra

Are you supposed to measure wearing a bra? If you're wearing the wrong size already wont it still cause issues?

I've watched several bra fitting videos, they're all different! 0:41 Isn't the tape meant to be straight round, that's wonky! I thought when bras ride up at the back, they're too small, not too big?

I am confused about how to measure. If you are wearing the wrong bra and it smashes you and you measure over it will it be wrong? Some say measure with out bra but if you sag it also presents a problem. I measure under 29 1/2, over with out bra 37. Am I 30 G? I have been wearing 32 F but hard to find one that is fitting. Also hard to find without lace, pads, etc.
