How to Root UN1CA ROM and Pass Play Integrity Test

In this video, we will show you the steps to root the UN1CA ROM and then pass the Play Integrity Test on your Samsung device. The steps given here are valid across all the Galaxy devices and all versions of the ROM.

Moreover, our ultimate aim is to pass the Basic and Device Integrity Test as you cannot pass the Strong Integrity [passing that requires a locked bootloader which is not possible on a custom ROM.
Moreover, even banking and payment apps doesn’t check for this test, they only check for Basic and Device Integrity, which we are passing].

After passing the Play Integrity Test on the UN1CA ROM, the Samsung Pay is still not working, with the “An error has occurred” and “Couldn’t update Samsung Wallet” errors popping up, even though the app is on the latest build. So the error has nothing to do with the version of the app, its failure to run is in fact directly linked to Knox.
Since it has now been tripped and will forever remain in the 0x1 state as opposed to the default 0x0 [even if you remove root and relock the bootloader], it might be the case that Samsung Pay might no longer work.
Moreover, Samsung Pay will also not work via the Knox Patch app [an Xposed module that allows running Samsung apps on a rooted Samsung device].
All in all, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any way out. But as soon as we find one, we will update this section and upload a video on the same right away. So stay tuned!
