For those people saying Naeus can't die, you're right that may be the case, but he can be destroyed! Even in Netherite form It would only take so many hits he could endure before he could get destroyed same as CAIR. And since this is a 1 vs 1 battle there is no Zarkos to revive him so him being destroyed would count as defeat.
But Yes although we haven't seen Reborn Naeus' true potential yet he would kick ass.
