Even after 53 years of Bangladesh's independence, the children and boys of Oxygen, Gulbagh residential area of Jalalabad Ward Number 2 of Chittagong City Corporation did not get playgrounds and parks. But children and boys are playing on the sand pile. In this, the development of children and boys is impairing. They are suffering from various diseases.
Parents of Chattogram, Oxygen, Gulbagh residential area are worried about the development of children and boys. Farhana Afroze, Editor of `It's Your World’ and `Instant News’, says, 'My only child Safwan is 3 and a half years old. He is eager to play. But there is no playground in Oxygen, Gulbagh residential area, he has to play with other children on the sand pile. My child Safwan and other children are often injured while digging in the sand piles. Which is really heartbreaking.

Editor Farhana Afroze also says that construction of playground and park in Chattogram, Oxygen, Gulbagh residential area is necessary on an urgent basis. This clearly violates Article 15 of the Constitution. As a result, Children's development is impairing.
