Being an old fart, I'm not very up to date with the music kids are listening to these days. Not even close, to be honest. I'm much more of an 80's and 90's rap guy, mainly west coast stuff. Anyway, I digress. Somehow, I managed to find Powfu's "Death Bed" about four months ago, or so, while just randomly clicking music links in my recommendations. It was a very deep rabbit hole I was tumbling down. lol Found that I rather liked the song quite a bit, both his lyrics and the chorus(?) part that Beabadoobee sings. Finally got around to searching her name this morning, only to discover that it was originally her song "Coffee." Immediately found this video and I must say, this is beautiful. After listening that first time, I instantly added it to the top of my music playlist and plan on listening to it quite a few more times today. I love randomly finding new songs like this to enjoy. Thank you YouTube for sending me down that rabbit hole several months back, leading to me eventually finding this song. And thank you Beabadoobee for making such a wonderful song. You've got a great voice and this song is so calming. I can't wait until the first time I'm playing my music playlist randomly while hanging out with friends and this song comes on. I'm gonna get funny looks and maybe even some grief. But, I don't care. I'll just tell them to, Shhhhut the fuck up. 😄
