Making A Fancy Leather Pancake Sheath For My Old Pocketknife - Leather Craft

Making a tooled leather pocketknife pancake sheath. If you own an old-fashioned pocketknife that lacks a pocket clip like most modern-day pocketknives have, and you’re not fond of it laying at the bottom of your pocket bumping into everything else, then this may be the leather project for you. Made from a minimal amount of natural vegetable tanned leather, this is a great inexpensive beginner project that can be a blank canvas for creating your own unique design with dye colors and tooling patterns. If you want to learn how to layout a pattern for your specific size pocketknife, I recommend checking out this video from saddle maker Don Gonzales:

What is the Gospel?

Looks very nice. Didn't realize so much time was spent on the dyeing process. The center pattern highlight really pops. Tks!

I was shopping the net to buy a scabbard just like this when I found this video. I have read the other comments and I see that you don't make them to VERY DISAPPOINTING for me. So, here is my can you direct me to someone who can make one EXACTLY like this one but with basket weave and a Cross on the front? I cannot express deeply enough, EXACTLY like this! Too the exact high quality level of work of this one!! NOTHING LESS! GOD has given you a Very Special GIFT to be able to do this level of work that is for sure! If you can help it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for Glorifying JESUS with your channel! Thank You!
