I don’t know if it applies to YouTube but whenever an actor smokes on tv or in a movie in India they say that “smoking is harmful to your health”, they have to do that. It may apply to most content in India. Even in an Indian tv show if a man is beating woman they have to put a disclaimer saying “it doesn’t reflect the actor or directors intention and is just used to create for dramatic effect”.
