40 g melted butter
40 g suger
1 large banana
1tbsp milk
vanilla extract
1 whole egg
80 g flour(1/2cup)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

170c for 35 mins

This is honestly the best banana cake size ever made
I tweaked the amounts to make it a larger cake because I found these amounts were too small. But out of all the banana cakes I've made, this recipe gives best taste and texture

I tried this cake today and it turned out yummy. I used 40gm all purpose flour and 40gm of white fine grain semolina. Baked at 180d for 20min. Thanks much for the recipe. Keep it coming!

Used this recipe to bake muffins and it turned out great. I used 180 Celsius to bake them. Outside was little but crispy and the inside is soft. Both texture and sweetness is perfect! Thanks for the recipe 🥰

Looks nice, but Is it not better to first mash the banana separately then add to the rest of the ingredients ?
