Of all the Ukranian old kitchens Nadya's is my favorite. Beautiful young lady. I hope she can stay on the mountain and continue the Hutsel life forever. Get married. Have children, then grand children, and great grandchildren and pass down her recipes, gardening, handcrafts, and culture. I miss milking my goats :(.
