the first game was clever and unique but had some small problems, but because of that I am really excited for this, because sequels usually fix the problems and improve everything. Could be great!

I love how you can subtly tell the dealer has gone through some shit since the first game, with the slight hint of scarring near the eyes and slurring on saying "remain the Shame" instead of 'remain the Same' like a part of his lips have gone missing.

The game is set 100 years after the events of the first game. The Hero of Hand of Fate became a tyrant and a villain and apparently immortal (he lived for a 100 years?). The Dealer is back (How? I don't know) to train the nameless heroine defeat the first Hand of Fate hero!

Judging by the teaser images it seems the combat will remain the same, which is quite the shame. It was the only boring and mundane aspect in the game whereas the rest was full of intrigue and wonder.

Those white plastic dice look very conspicuously out of place, however. Couldn't you guys whip up some carved wooden dice or something? Something more appropriate to the setting.
