This is great- I have a three toed in my care and wondered how they would to, state a central Ohio winter. If they’re doing OK in CT, they likely could make it through the winters here. Thanks Kevin!

So I have a question I have a 3 toed
I saved her from a bad area she was in and have her in a habitat outside
But it’s fall now and I don’t know how to help her in the winter
They have to hibernate right?

I have a rescue box turtle but he was a “dog toy” originally and most of his shell is gone 🥺 I’ve had him over 20 year and let him out but I never keep him out like this.

Hi Kevin, What a fun setup for them. Out on the turtle range where they get to stretch their legs, get natural light and think turtle thoughts. : ) How well do they get along with other species of turtles? I'm a new follower so please pardon me if you have already touched upon on it.
