March 28 2020. Got a tag on a Facebook post that someone had a swarm of bees in their yard. Ended up being a guy I go to church Chris B. Thanks for the tags everyone that helps me and for the phone calls I get. Fixing to get busy real soon.

I miss living up there. I really loved Brighton. But one thing, if I still lived up there and had bees, well, I'd have to feed right now. Then the other thing is that weather. That whole tornado thing y'all got going up there and the severe spring thunderstorms, wow. Don't miss that. Ironically enough, a hurricane, Katrina, ran me up there as that's where the Navy evac'd us to (Millington of course). But at least the hurricanes we could prepare for. Those severe storm out breaks are no joke! Psalm

You and the other beekeepers have got me super interested in trying beekeeping. Do you know of someone I might be able to chat with that keeps bees in the northern Great Lakes area? I really like the idea of trapping feral bees for your hives. It makes a lot of sense to me. The bees in the area you live have already made it though the changes of the seasons and seam to have the ability to survive the weather and seasonal changes in your area. You take care. Dean
