I’m a mexican from socal and I never thought I would be hungry for some deer heart! Hahah I would want to try it but a lil more on the medium side

145 is wild for the tenderloins. 115 is tenderloin territory.

Please try it with the next one. Grill literally as hot as it will get. 1–3 minutes per side depending on your grill. No hotter than 125°

You’re welcome. Honestly true for all pieces of venison. It’s very lean. No reason to go warmer…there’s no fat to render.
