Usually for me idea character designs and personalities then write a basic description of the overarching plot then basic description of events in a single chapter then story boards and dialogue at the same time, then penciling then inking

Finally, actual manga and not anime drawing FOR manga!!! For example, “manga” is translated “original Japanese comic” and “anime” is translated “animation” 😮‍💨☺️

I just wrote out and entire plot to a manga I just created took me hours, and I created the power system, the main characters and built the world.
It is heavily inspired by Berserk, My Hero Academia and Black Clover

I wrote something for fun i think i wrote about 10-15 pages with an average of 500 or so words in it it was fun but i didn't know how to write that one character in that part so I dropped it but i think i still have that in my note maybe i will use that if i ever feel like writing again after figuring out what to write in that part
And at that time i will follow this system it seems convenient
