voltage drop when cranking the car causing parking brake to be not fully released .

just let the engine start up , and press down the parking brake again ... and perhaps let voltage stabilize after engine crank to release brakes

I had this same problem after I changed the brake pads. I had to take off the little motor and wind the caliper back by hand, but then when it bottoms out back it off a little bit(move it back out a couple turns). And the flashing light stopped for me.

This happens when the SOC(state of charge) of the car battery drops under 60 percent.
Just keep driving or change the battery to the new one.
