Crispy Cheesy Tiktok Tortilla Trend (VEGAN) #Shorts

#shorts Hey everyone! Here's my take on the popular/viral Tiktok #tortillatrend - Crispy Cheesy 🧀🍔🌮🥪Pesto Burger Caprese Melt! I have no idea what to name this 😂 but it's DELICIOUS. I've been doing this all January and wanted to share this with you, while trying out Youtube shorts. How do you like them?

Basic recipe below: ⁣
⁣
1 wrap/tortilla ⁣
1-2 tablespoons of pesto (I made my basil pesto and added in some parsley)⁣
1 vegan burger, cooked⁣
2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes or 2 slices of tomato⁣
Handful of vegan mozzarella cheese⁣
⁣
Cut your tortilla from the bottom centre to the middle to divide the lower half in two. Add your pesto, cooked and chopped cooked burger, tomato and cheese in the 4 respective corners. Fold like in the video, add to a hot pan in with some oil and crisp up on medium-high heat. Flip and do the same until crispy. ⁣

Remove, slice, and enjoy! ⁣
