I run a cleaning business and you never clean a toilet from bottom to top. The seat was wiped with the same cloth which is cross contamination.

Housekeeping sucks....did it for over 27 years.... The most under appreciated job and under paid job there is....slave job. Plus bedbugs are popping up everywhere, not bringing that home....

My mom used to be a housekeeper for a # of years. They abused her and made her take everyone’s shift when they needed but no one would take hers. And when she started doing night shifts she’d wake us up for school and be out the door for work when we got home. She slept on her days off and always looked ready to fall over dead. We didn’t really interact with our mother much in those years 🤔

Imagine doing that in 13-15 rooms everyday. Housekeeping job is not an easy job. You should have a good physical stamina.

I used to be a housekeeping for about 5 years.. My opinion is a same as i work before.. 2 attendant one in bathroom one cleaning the bedroom..

@Marriott Grand this video is so helpful and such a great training video my last housekeeping job at a senior living didn't really give me a better training while being a housekeeper for the first time but Now I get the idea since I watched this video these are such a great helpful tips thank you for making this video 😊

very underrated job and underpaid as well. I only worked for about 4 days doing this and I quit because it’s A LOT of work just for $11 an hour

Everytime I go to a hotel, doesn't matter if it's 4* or 5 or plus I take a sanitizer with me (for hand doors, for shower, toilet seat, toilet brush and remote control for TV and rest).I feel more secure in this matter.😎

Fold the cloth when cleaning toilet and use a new side at each area. 4 sides - lid, seat, rim, sides.

I worked in a housekeeping but first thing first you have to dusting first before changing bed sheets just saying.
