I can clear up the confusion with the packs a little bit:
(Everything mentioned here is on radeon.com/rxvega btw)

There are 3 Radeon Packs. Red, Black and Aqua.
Red = Vega 56 for $499
Black= Vega 64 (Air cooled) for $599
Aqua= Liquid cooled Vega 64 for $699
As mentioned in the video.

For USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Singapore, you get Wolfenstein II and Prey for free.
The "Rest of world" doesn't work, so I'm assuming it's the games mentioned above (Or something totally different and Prey)
Germany, Austria and Switzerland get Sniper Elite 4 and Prey for free.
(You get these games regardless of the pack you get)

Then it's $100 off if you get a 1700x/1800x with the following boards:
Asus ROG Crosshair VI Extreme X370
Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K7
MSI X370 XPower Gaming Titanium

Then you get $200 off a 34" 4k Quantum Dot Samsung monitor with Freesync (C34F791), which sells for ~$890 on B&H.

I originally thought that these "Packs" were designed to get you into the AMD Ecosystem for cheap (Think R5 1600/WhateverVegaPackYouChoseAbove), and not just throw you into the ecosystem with the highest end processor available.

I wish the brushed metal was anodized black instead of the bright silver. It just looks like the Frontier Edition without the blue paint.

i think the black pack is the best deal considering everything .let's say for example that the price of the games is 20$ a pop and so you pay 60$ for the shroud and even get some discounts on other parts which you can sell or give to someone

Pricing seems a bit meh, and power draw high but i'll wait for the benchmarks. A bit underwhelmed at the moment tbh

The bundle program is a great option... if you're building out a new system or upgrading your platform.

I'm not sure these packs will stop miners... And those power consumption numbers are crazy. It is a good deal with some of those packs too - might just team up with someone who needs a monitor/Ryzen system, split the extra cost and get massive discounts on whatever you need. I might look into that since I am planning on upgrading to Ryzen, but don't need a monitor.
