How to install oracle 12c on Windows

Here are step-by-step instructions for installing Oracle Database 12c Release 1 on Windows in this video i am installing 12c on windows 8 but you can follow the same steps to install it on windows xp,7or windows server. Oracle 12c is the latest and relatively new Oracle Database server.

Requirements:

Processor : 64Bit Intel/AMD
RAM : 2GB
Disk Space : 10GB

Step 2) Disable UAC
Step 3) Edit the host file

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

Step 5) Install Oracle

Thanks, your video is very helpful, I was able to install and create a database, but when I try to connect the db to sqldev, I keep getting an error message that my pw in incorrect. Trust me, it's the same pw I used when I created the db. What's the problem?
