It's been over two years since we installed this thriving food forest in Ft Myers, FL! It's always exciting to see what thrived and worked post-install. The owner called us back to add even more and we filmed it to show you!

Loved this video. Beautiful work but would love even more if you walked us through the design process. That would be helpful across many climates and plant zones. Would also appreciate some explaination of the reasons you use certain materials and plant choices. Thanks!

I never understood how “nitrogen fixing” plants worked. Thanks for explaining about the nodes.

I have a butterscotch sapodilla in the ground, hasn't fruited yet. I bought it without trying the fruit. I have faith in new Zill varieties

Thanks for the footage 🦶, and keep up the great work! 👍 Looks like you crushed it on this one, more ways than one. Definitely want to see more of this one in the tough wet conditions.

you should dig a small pond in the location that collects the most water then use it for seasonal solar irrigation, hey maybe even a solar aquaponic system and farm some scrimp or crawfish. Mudbugs go for a premium in Florida

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your channel. I focus on cold hardy stuff, but anytime one of my subscribers asks for warmer climate permaculture, I send them to your channel first. You walking around naming 50 plants I've never even heard of - it just blows my mind how much food diversity there is on the planet.

If you ever find yourself up in Ontario Canada send me a shout and I'd love to have you over here to do a collaboration video.

Also, FWIW I cracked up at "p1s$ed off sugar apple".

I am tempted to raise chickens but for now I am happy to have Mexican sunflowers for fertilizer.

I always love the updates! How do they keep deer from eating every thing? I have an avocado tree in my yard that they have nearly killed, stripping the bark from it.

You could graft another variety of that shoot coming off the rootstock of that mulberry.
