Theo, I don’t know if you’ll read this, but I just got out of the hospital for trying to kill myself. I heard this song moments after getting home and just broke down crying. I couldn’t stop for a long time. This song brings life to my heart and makes me smile even when I can’t. Thank you so much for this. You have helped given me a new outlook on life. I am in your debt.

This is the best sounding existential crisis I've ever had!

I like this line: "do we really have to fight, if we all still have to die ?"

I love how this song cuts right before the obvious and HUGE climactic ending that he was building — felt like he was truly making an effort to get over himself.

Damn in all these songs so far it feels as ifs hes having a conversation with the listener rather than just singing a song. good shit

Thank God for these lyric videos. I can never tell if he's just saying "oh" or something really profound.

It is truly a life-changing moment when you finally realize that the center of the universe isn't you.
I thank God that that's not my job; but His.

I needed to hear this. Such a humbling, reflective, and cathartic song. Goddam, Theo. Can't wait to see you in SD. There shall be tears 🥺❤

I just found out about you over from listening to Vulfpeck and I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your music. I have been listening to all your stuff for the past couple days now and hope that you have the most success in the music industry. Your music makes me enjoy my boring and bland school days, walking around with a smile on my face all the time. Thank you.

A hundred years from now, if they ever tell my story, tell them " men rise and fall like the winter wheat, but these names will never die. Tell them I lived in the time of Michael Jackson, the king of pop. Tell them I lived in the time of Theo Katzman one of the greatest Lyricist to ever live." Such profound soul searching words that try to touch the rather elusive truth about humanity.

It's so fascinating the different ways that musicians approach creating music. Katzman is creating a completely original sound in the year 2020 and adding a wonderful collection of songs to the universe's ethos.
