Drone Lorain, Ohio | Lake Erie | Black River

Aerial drone flying over Lorain, Ohio shows a view of the city on the Lake Erie side with a glimpse of the Black River.

You can also see my beginning drone videos looking at 2016 dates when I filmed in safe nature areas. I practiced how to crash safely, how to fly with three propellers and how to ground the drone and drive to it. I practiced in snow, rain and extreme cold to make sure I understood the drones limitations before I went to the big cities. I handle a drone like I do a gun and I truly hope others do the same.

Sure wish there were drone videos from 1900 & 1950 to compare to this. I've lived here for 70 years and the changes in my lifetime are incredible.

Fantastic! My grandmother lived at 7th St and Hamilton Ave. We ate at Heilmans at the corner of Broadway and 6&2 (Lake Road) with my grand parents. My grandfather was a good friend of Hubie Heilman. We lived in Avon Lake. I so miss home...

Holy cow, I never knew there was a little park near city hall. I must've ridden past there 3, 000 times as a kid and never noticed it. I'm blown away by all of the changes since I said farewell in 1992.
