Steps:
1. Check Python Installed in the machine or not from command prompt?
python3 --version
2. Check the pip installation again from command prompt
pip3 --version
3. Check the location of the installed Python
where python3
4. Go to “Programs and Features” from Settings
5. Uninstall Python
6. Check the python installation again from command prompt
python3 --version
7. Check the pip installation again from command prompt
pip3 --version
