Goju! Very nice. My instructor, who's main dojo was the Gojukai in New York, teaches Uechi Ryu now. He developed a version of Suparimpai using Uechi technique with the Goju embusen.

This kata came directly from China and its name means something like 108.

What is this man training for? goyu-ryu, uechi-ryu or shohei - ryu? These are just memorized movements that he does not understand. It is better to opt for one, he will be better at what he does.
