Quick tip. When you move the phone from left to right you are changing your perspective angle so it won't stitch together very well. Rather turn the phone on its axis. Don't move the phone across, just turn the phone.

I have the GM on my 4S but there is no panorama option, did you have to do anything special to enable it?
