In Florida a woman's husband divorced his wife so he could be with her sister.
While the husband was out filing for divorce, the wife bought a lottery ticket.
When the husband left he left a note saying what is his is his and what is hers is hers. He didn't want anything from her.
Well, it turns out the lottery ticket won. The husband tried to sue for half the money. The wife showed the judge the signed letter.

Yeah that is not how that works. He has a new house, now he's going divorce her. She's taking half of it. He's going to have to buy her out of that new house and the house he has now. Or she's going to live in it and he's going to have to pay her alimony and the house payment.
