Finally, this raw system is Rust at it's peak in my eyes.

This is quite close to what the game was back in 2016, they haven't been able to emulate the same feeling ever since.
No mapping, no team shinanigans, dedication, and full concentration.

Wouldn't call myself a hard core rust player. But this definitely seems like the sort of thing I would play.

As an exclusively solo player, the group removal, and overall difficulty of running a team makes it seem easier to roam, I feel like hardcore will really create its own set of players unlike any other game type
