BICHU-BICHU- is a type of Filipino delicacy made with a glutinous rice flour dough shaped into like palitaw. deep-fried in hot oil until golden, and then coated in sugar or caramel syrup. This is a native delicacy of iloilo, the outcome is crunchy outside and yet chewy inside.
